Анотація
У статті розглядаються діагностичні критерії та різновиди проявів посттравматичних стресових розладів (ПТСР). Виходячи із сучасних уявлень, ПТСР розглядається як симптомокомплекс типових постстресових розладів, провідним елементом якого є пережиті психотравмуючі події. З такими пацієнтами першочергово стикаються лікарі загальної практики — сімейної медицини. Клініка ПТСР виражається в конкретних нозологічних формах (неврозах, особистісних розладах, алкоголізмі), ускладнюючи перебіг основного соматичного захворювання.
