Authorship:

All persons designated as "authors" are to meet the criteria of this concept. The contribution of each author to the work should be sufficient to take responsibility for its content. The right to be called “author” is based on the following facts:

1) substantial contribution to study conception and design or to data analysis and interpretation;

A contribution that consists only in providing funds, does not justify inclusion in authors’ group. General management of research team is not recognized as being sufficient for authorship either.

All team’s members who do not meet criteria for authorship will be listed with their consent in "Acknowledgements".

The order in which authors will appear is to be determined by their joint decision . Authors are responsible for the content of the article and for the fact of its publication. The editorial staff of the journal reserves the right to cut and edit submitted articles.

Information obtained privately, through conversation, correspondence or discussions with third parties, will not be used without a written permission from their source.

Authors will provide only original works. The use of textual or graphical information obtained from the works of other persons needs references to relevant publications and a written permission from the copyright owner.

If the author discovers a substantial error or inaccuracy in his/her published work, he/she will immediately notify the Editor or Publisher of the journal and assist them in removing or correcting a mistake. Conflict of interest:

A conflict of interest regarding a particular manuscript occurs when one of the participants in the review or publication process (author, reviewer, or editor) has an obligation that could influence his / her opinion (even if it really does not take place). The most common cause of a conflict of interest are financial relations, as well as personal relationships, academic competition, and intellectual predilections.
