Abstract
This clinical case examines how adherence to treatment of a patient with lymphoma affects quality of life and treatment outcomes. The clinical case shows how the psychological characteristics of patients complicate the possibility to make a quick diagnosis and prescribing appropriate treatment. The history case is can be useful to family doctors and other specialists who have to convince patients to comply with their appointments every day.
