Abstract

There are permanent strong creative ties between the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of Poltava State Medical University (PSMU) and the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University (IFNMU). These ties are deepening and expanding every year. The purpose of the work is to analyze the creative ties between the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of PSMU and the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of PSMU and the 80th
anniversary of IFNMU. Results. The analysis of the creative ties between the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of PSMU and IFNMU showed the important role and practical support of IFNMU, especially during the period of formation and establishment of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of PSMU. Subsequently, during the 50 years of functioning of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of PSMU, creative ties developed and strengthened. Currently, permanent interdepartmental relationships have been formed, permanent business working contacts between heads of departments and between student scientific groups. There is a constant integration of interdepartmental relationships, which has a positive impact on both the
professional development of professors and the quality of knowledge of higher education students.
Conclusions. The analysis of creative relationships between the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of the Ukrainian State Medical University and the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University has shown the important importance of the IFNMU in the formation of scientific and pedagogical personnel of the Ukrainian State Medical University, especially in the first years of the latter's creation. In recent years, interdepartmental integration and interpersonal relationships between heads of structural units have significantly developed, which is positively reflected in improving the pedagogical level of teachers and improving the quality of knowledge of future doctors.
