Abstract
Traumatic pseudoaneurysm (TPA) of innominate artery is very hard and poor prognosis pathology. Due to traumatism of surgical access, high risk of fatal hemorrhage and impairment of cerebral hemodynamics — traditional vascular surgery techniques are often uneffective in this case. Combining of surgical and endovascular approach allow to decrease risks associated with classical surgical treatment method of TPA. This case report describes successful evaluation of hybrid treatment of TPA using balloon-obturator (BO) for exceptation innominate artery from bloodstream and repair with polytetraethylene patch. This approach can be used as alternative way of surgical treatment of TPA of major arteries.
