Abstract
The article contains the main materials of the 30th United Gastroenterology Week. Attention is paid to the results of large-scale research, new methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In particular, the article presents the main differences of the provisions of the Maastricht Consensus VI. Attention is paid to research on the study of the intestinal microbiome, which today captures the attention and interest of many scientists from all over the world.
