Abstract
The publication analyzes scientific medical sources regarding modern views on the etiopathogenesis of dorsalgia in men of working age. The main factors are indicated and the proven evidence-based theories of pathogenesis, which prevail in the above-mentioned contingent, are described. The mechanisms and causes of the formation of dorsalgia in men of working age considered in the article can become targets for the formation of multidisciplinary approaches to the complex, multidisciplinary rehabilitation process of the therapy of men suffering from this type of pathology. Targets for physical therapy are considered, such as: swelling, movement disorders, aseptic inflammation, calcium metabolism disorders, microcirculation disorders, both locally and in the reflex zones of the trunk, degenerative changes in the muscles and connective tissue of the spine, myofascial pain syndrome, emotional state of patients, individual typological characteristics, biopsychosocial status, which can also be considered as constitutional factors and clinical-pathogenetic mechanisms of dorsalgia. The review focuses on the features of the etiopathogenesis of dorsalgia in men of working age.
