Abstract
We present the case Lyme disease of a young male patient who presented only an electrical conduction disorder of myocardium. The result is something that physicians call «heart block», which can vary in degree and change rapidly. Our case illustrates the importance of early recognition and anticipation of progressive cardiac conduction abnormalities in patients presenting with Lyme disease.
